My pen name is Dusty Rose, and I write fantasy and paranormal romance. I love to write characters that have depth, strength, and fortitude, but I also love to keep things light. In my books you’ll find lots of humor, fun characters, and towns and worlds you’ll want to visit again and again.

 

I started writing poetry at a young age, and moved to stories in my teen years.  After having my two children, and in the long stretches of time when they were down for their naps as babies and toddlers, I started writing again, and I haven’t stopped since! My goal is to write stories that resonate with people. That fill them up, because so many things in this world can drain us. And, of course, stories that make people laugh.

 

I love to read and often get through several books a week. Animated movies and TV shows are a favorite of mine too—they make me feel happy and inspired. It’s been said that I’m just a big kid in an adult body, and I’ll gladly claim that. I also enjoy playing video games, so you’ll often find me exploring Disney Dreamlight Valley or trying to save Zelda… again.
